Is your catkins the equivalent to our pussywillows? They sure look that way. We planted one a few years back, but I can’t find it now. Darn…I really love their softness.

Apparently, here in the UK the tree/bush is called the pussy willow and the furry bits are the catkins. Not being terrible ‘au fait’ with gardening I had to look it up 🙂
Well, duh, I should have googled that myself. 😉 Thanks…that clears it up, although I’ve not heard the term “catkins” before.
