  1. Magical! There’s a place near us that our neighbors call “Valley of the Bluebells” that looks like this; we’ve only been there once though. Will have to go back some time. 🙂

    • It must be the sheer numbers of flowers that makes bluebell woods so special and I’m a sucker for that shade of blue. ‘Valley of the Bluebells’ sounds amazing – now’s the time to go back – and take lots of photographs!

    • I rented a house in Portesham for a while before I moved into my present house. It’s a very nice village, used to drive past this wood, meaning to stop and photograph it when the bluebells were out but never did until now!

  2. Actually, here, the peak season for bluebells is over, so we’ll have to wait until next year. I’m counting on you to reminds me. ;D
