I took a photograph a while back of some elderflowers. I noticed on my walk today that they are now elderberries – and very pretty they are too and apparently they can be made into wine, jam and cordials. I love elderflower cordial but have never tried anything made from the berries. I must investigate further…

  1. I find it interesting that you seem to have the same elderberries we have…I wonder which continent it’s native to. Guess I’ll Google it. Do post if you make jam or wine or anything with it! I’m curious; we’ve never tried it before.
