This is a view of Geneva. It’s quite a well known view of the ‘Jet d’Eau’ – the water jet which is in the city centre where the River Rhône flows into Lac Leman. The buildings along the water’s edge all carry neon signs advertising Geneva’s famous watch manufacturers – here you can see Bulgari, Piaget, Raymond Weil – every other shop seems to be a jeweller. In the distance are the snow covered peaks of the Alps.
