I’m returning to Geneva today (sort of) – but only to show you this amazing cactus we saw through a shop window in the old town, I absolutely loved it. I have never seen a cactus like this one and I photographed it in the hope that I could identify it when I got home but so far, no luck. The shape and the texture are so unusual – any ideas ‘cos I want one?
I have no idea what it is either; not familiar with cactus, but it is way cool!
It was cool but it was in a shop that looked like it was VERY expensive (called “EgoΓ―ste’) so it probably cost squillions – and I couldn’t have carried it home anyway, it was about 3 feet tall in a pot about 4 feet tall π¦
I shall have to try and find a baby one π
I hope you find a baby one!
No idea what it’s called, but I agree that it’s pretty amazing! π
Such a beautiful and unusual form…
Hmmm…I’m not sure what type of cactus it is. But when I googled unusual twisted cactus, I sure found some strange things. π
What an amazing plant, could it be one of these all grown up?
I think it’s one of these

which makes it sound a bit of a fluke (for which read expensive) π
