Those look like herring gulls. I like gulls; they’re cheeky and fun to watch.
They are lovely to watch when they are wheeling about in the sky but a lot less so when they are raiding bins and scattering rubbish around the town and congregating on rooftops and shrieking at the tops of their voices early in the morning. And don’t get me started on them using my car for target practice and covering it with poo….
